I spend my day indoors
half of the time in my head the other half
writing,
While being in my head is exciting.
I get to miss out on all the real life fun.
Everyone says you should
go out and enjoy your youth,
But enjoying it doing what
exactly?

Omg!! This is beginning to get scary (in a funny kind of way.) Because I can also resonate with this poem. I too spend all day not only inside my house but also inside my head. A good majority of my time is spent constantly worrying and fearing over things I have no control over. So to try and manage that, I spend time writing and that requires alot of thought that’s opposite from my worries and fears. What a Great Post!!! 😊

At this point, we might just be the same person 😂
Yeah I can understand sitting home all day and doing pretty much everything however everyone says Enjoy your youth but what do I enjoy it doing out of the home? I’m open to suggestions because right now my home seems comfortable enough.
I recently read this book, The Four agreements, it’s such a short and great book and I think it helps you let go of things you can’t control.
What makes it better is that the book just has 4 key points and ever since I read it anytime I see myself falling down one of the traps, I chant the agreement in my head and remind myself that I have no control over this.
I hope this helps
