Traumas are always deep rooted and even after lots of therapy and seeking help you might still have certain areas in your life where you haven’t fully healed from or you kight need to look deeper into.
This list isn’t put you down rather for you to realzie where you are on your healing journey and even work towards getting better everyday. Traumas didn’t develop overnight so do not expect them to heal overnight either. Take your time, trust and love the process.
With that being said,

- If the fear of someone leaving triggers you the you might still need to heal from Abandonment/Rejection.
- If being told what to do/ Authority figures triggers you then you might still need to heal from Being Controlled/ Feeling like you never had a say or could voice out your opinions.
- If the feeling of being unimportant to your loved ones is your trigger. You might need to heal from an unavaible caregiver/guardian in your life.
- If Loud noises trigger you. you might need to heal from the chaotic environment you grew up in or once lived in.
- If you feel unworthy or not good enough. You might need to heal from trying to earn the love of those around you based on your perfromance.
- If you feel guilty about spending money on yourself then you might need to heal from growing up in a poor background or being raised with a scarcity mindset.
- If you still see all feedback in a negative light then you might need to heal from the effects of having a critical/disapproving caregiver.
- If you still carry this sense of feeling like a burden to everyone, you might need to heal from being shamed for your needs or blatantly igonring your needs.
- If you feel uncomfortable when you they’re in a bad mood like it’s your fault then you still need from that Harsh partner, friend, caregiver or guardian.

Healing can be a life long process so please be patient with yourself and where you are on your journey to recovery.
