1. A sin is anything you do which goes against yourself.
2. Self rejection is the biggest sin you can commit.
3. Always remember that Misery likes company.
4. When we hear gossip, we begin to analyze the person through the eyes of the person who told us the gossip.
5. One like piece of misinformation can break down communication between 2 people.
6. It shouldn’t be important to you what others think for you shouldn’t take it personally.
7. Do not expect people to tell you the truth because they don’t even tell the truth to themselves.
8. You have to trust yourself and choose what to believe.
9. If you are truthful to yourself you will save yourself a lot of emotional pain.
10. If they don’t treat you with love and respect then it’s a gift if they walk away from you.
