Have you ever been outside and seen someone having a wardrobe malfunction and the person doesn’t know they have a wardrobe malfunction. What do you do?

Well you can use this 5 minute for those kind of situations.

What is the 5 minute rule?

This rule states that you can only inform this person of the wardrobe malfunction if it’s something they can correct within 5 minites otherwise you keep quiet.

So let’s say it’s a lipstick stain on their teeth or they’re wearing the shirt inside out then you can point out those things however if it’s something on a much grander scale it’s best not to say anything.

Because you ruin their self esteem at the moment and they’ll be concious about it all day without a way of fixing the error so don’t rain on their parade.

If it’s something they can correct within 5 minutes or less then please by all means approach them if not fall back soilder.
