I’ll keep my thing brief,

People know exactly what they are doing.

We are so quick to make excuses for people when they fail to treat us how we want to be treated.

‘Maybe they’re having a bad week.’

‘Maybe they are tired.’

And the list goes on but let me tell you, PEOPLE KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

They are aware they are hurting you. Ever met an abuser who didn’t know they were abusing their victim? Exactly!

Manipulators, narcissist, whatever the label is they know exactly what they are doing so you can stop making excuses for them because you don’t yet have the courage to walk away.

They’re not going to change because they know exactly what they are doing.
