People act like long dramas are a new thing especially when it comes to korean dramas. People whine all the time about the drama being too long and personally I think its unfair. Some dramas deserve to be long if they have even material to last that long.
If the complaint is as regards the script and it being unnecessary long then that is perfectly understandable.
However, Moving was long, 20 episodes with around an hour, 30 minutes per episodes but it was worth it and it could have been longer in my opinion and I would have still watched it.
Not all kdramas can be 16 episodes, some deserve to be shorter. I can think of some kdramas that went on for 16 episodes when they could have easily ended in 8 or 10 epsidoes or at most 12.
It’s unfair complain about the length when it’s not even out yet and even if it is then you can just stop watching halfway or better still don’t even start at all.
Long dramas have always been a thing for someone like me. I grew up on Zeeworld and filipino movies that would run for years with no conclusion in sight. I was lucky to finish some and others well, I came up with my own ending and I’m fine.
