I’ve never really understood
The line where my heart and mind intersect
Perhaps that’s why
The goal post keeps moving
For I never truly know what my passion is
And how to profit from it
Maybe that’s why my relationships
Don’t work out well
For where my heart tells me to pull
My mind tells me to push.
