I can’t understand why feminie
and masculine congure such
distinct images.
Feminie is associated with emotional
instability and trivial things like
makeup and bags meanwhile
masuline is brave, strong and
well grounded.
Great Queens throughout history
have often referred to themselves as
Kings.
If a woman is strong and brave she is
said to emit masculine energy.
My question in all this is how did
weakness become the parameter
for feminity.
Why is a brave woman described as
a woman like a man? And not just a
woman.
Understanding how deeply ingrained
the disparirtes is proves that this isn’t an
issue one generation can tackle.
